Privacy Notice

This notice has been prepared by Maksimum Sigorta as data controller to inform you about the processing of your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

For applications under the KVKK and requests regarding your personal data, you may contact Maksimum Sigorta through the channels below.

2. Personal Data Processed

Identity (name, surname), contact (phone, e-mail, address), data related to quote/policy and claim processes, and CV information you submit for job applications may be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Carrying out insurance quote and policy processes, customer relations and communication, claims management, fulfilling legal obligations, and evaluating job applications.

4. Legal Grounds

Your data is processed based on the grounds set out in Art. 5 of the KVKK — establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest — and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred — in compliance with the KVKK — to partner insurers for quote and policy processes, to authorised public institutions, and to relevant authorities where legally required.

6. Method of Collection

Your data is collected through forms on our website, phone, e-mail and similar channels, by automated or partly automated means.

7. Your Rights (Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and exercise the other rights listed in Art. 11 of the KVKK.

8. Applications

You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing or via our registered electronic mail (KEP) address. Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
